Terms and Conditions
Consultations
At Exquisite Floral Designs we provide a complimentary one hour, detailed consultation to discuss your requirements. This will be a very thorough consultation where we will discuss your specific needs, including styles, flowers and colour scheme. For any subsequent appointments a fee of $80 per hour will apply. However, we are happy to discuss your wedding at any time via telephone or e-mail.

Booking
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at time of booking to secure your wedding date. A detailed written order will be provided upon receiving your deposit. The balance is due no later than 1 month prior to actual wedding date.

Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed no later than one month prior to the wedding date. We take no responsibility for any errors or omissions once the final order has been confirmed.

Substitution Policy
We have to work with nature and can not control seasonal variation or availability. However, Exquisite Floral Designs will make every effort to provide the products agreed upon and will notify you ASAP with regard to any changes/substitutes to your flowers.

Payment
Our preferred payment is Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Order, Cash.

Cancellations
Booking deposits are not refundable and are transferable to another date subject to availability. Minimum of one months notice is required.

Changes/Amendments
Changes can be made up to 1 month prior to your wedding date.

Delivery
Complementary first delivery is included in all standard packages. Delivery will be confirmed one week prior to the wedding date. Please allow 30 minutes on either side of the scheduled time for delivery for any delays that might occur.

Privacy
Your details will be treated with complete privacy and will not be released under any circumstance to other parties.
